Ok so today is Thursday Sept 29th, 2011.
I am going to start crossfit training on Monday. I am SUPER excited, but at the same time scared of the extremely hard work.
I have run a little, done some P90x and some Insanity. How will this compare?
I am about to find out. My legs are knocking in fear......
 Please give me advise if you have any.
